Twitter launched a site where VIP’s can socialize

For their 5th year anniversary, twitter.com released a new site, for finding VIP’s reader than the usual micro-blogging we are used to. Here, you may find celebrities and other well known people who use Twitter. Visit discover.twitter.com and watch your role-models from IT, showbiz, music, sports and many others.

The site contains 18 categories shown on the bottom of the page.  On the main page is a presentation video of the new service, followed by a VIP user section like Serena Williams and Snoop Dogg. Oddly enough, actor Charlie Sheen who has over 3 million followers is missing from the first page.
For using this site, you do have to have a twitter account.
